Project Performance Domains 5-8

by Cornelius Fichtner

This webinar is the second part of a two-part series on the eight Project Performance Domains that were introduced by the PMBOK® Guide Seventh Edition. In this webinar, Cornelius Fichtner examines Project performance domains 5 – 8:

  1. Project Work – Managing project tasks
  2. Delivery – Transferring project results
  3. Measurement – Understanding project progress
  4. Uncertainty – Risk is uncertainty that matters

Cornelius provides quotes from experts and real-life examples to illustrate the concepts behind the domains in terms you will need to understand as you prepare for your PMP exam. He even reviews one sample PMP exam prep question (taken from the PrepCast Simulator) for each of the domains and gives you a chance to see if you can spot the correct answer.
