Tips for creating an effective communications plan

Most of project management involves communicating. But how can you know if your team communications are up to par? If you’re interested in finding out more about communications and establishing an effective communications plan, you’ve landed on the right page. The video, includes information about meeting schedules, stakeholders, reporting, protocols, and guidelines, and where to find information. Alison touches on what content should be included in an effective communications plan, such as where to house information concerning the plan, scheduling concerns, meeting details, stakeholder registers, reporting concerns, and matters relating to lines of communication. She also provided viewers with a worksheet to help keep track of the lines of effective communications between the members of a project.
